Foundation, LLC exists as a professional council and a professional services firm. 

Professional Council: We are PhDs, MBAs and MSs specifically focused on creating the optimal environment for success. We are academics, technicians, consultants, big-industry folks and entrepreneurs. We are Millennials, Gen Xers and Baby Boomers. We have been studying and practicing what we preach for over a decade and are codifying these learnings into the Uniform Code of Corporate Culture (UCCC); setting the standard for corporate culture in start-ups to fortune 500, nonprofit and for profit.

Professional Services: We serve clients on and between coasts. We are the mobile workforce of the 21St century. We are where you are when you need, bringing extensive experience and professionalism to every business case. We customize our support to your individual needs and concerns.
